Under this theme PLG focuses on holistic development of the youth. Their protection and rights. The following interventions are planned over the time:

• Child rights education and protection awareness at different levels and different stakeholders.
• Organizing youth Peace Camps
• Organizing annual youth forums and observing international youth events.
• Children confidence building programs, walks, sessions, campaigns, and trainings.
• Development of youth groups and developing leadership skills in them.
• Sharpening their entrepreneurial skills to make them economically self-reliant.
