PLG has a seven-member Board of advisers with diverse professional experience relevant to the core mandate of the organization, which provide policy guidance and advice to the leadership of the organization.
She is an Industrialist, founder and CEO of Ritadam ventures. Producers of organic shea butter products. She has won many entrepreneurship awards organized by TECHNOSERV, USAID, and SNV among others. She is a certified member of the Ghana National board for small scale industries (NBSSI).
She is a civil servant and a former assemblywoman for the wulugu electoral area in the west mamprusi municipal.She has over ten years of experience working with women and youth groups.
SOPHIA SEBASTINA ATADANA
She is a social worker with a strong passion to see the cycle of spousal/ partner abuse broken. She has worked with the Domestic Violence and Victim Support Unit (DOVVSU) to sensitize communities on Child Justice and Teenage pregnancy as well as human rights protection.
NAADIA ALIDU DAWUD
She is a trained Mechanical Engineer and an entrepreneur. Her passion to touch and impact many lives especially that of young girls and women in general has led her into a number of community and women empowerment projects with, UNDP, CAMFED, NORSAAC, etc. Her belief is that, young people and women, given the opportunity and right guidance can excel in any endeavor they put their minds to. Her overall goal is to help improve the quality of life of as many people as possible.
BEN KASIMU WUMBLA
He is a Peace and Governance expert. He is currently the Programs Manager for West Africa Network for Peacebuilding (WANEP) Ghana.
He is a former social worker. He was the west mamprusi district coordinator for RAINS, an international NGO where he worked for seven years and Currently the Assistant Headmaster in charge of Academics at Gambaga Girls Senior High School.
ISSAHAKU MOHAMMED SAANI
He is an agronomist with over twelve years work experience in the education sector.
