Building Peace and Prosperity Through Social Justice
Established in 2016, Peace for Life Ghana initiated a multiyear program in 2018 known as the Economic and Social Justice program (ECOSOC) that aims to provide opportunities for rural dwellers especially women, PWDs and the youth, to improve on their socio-economic wellbeing. PLG’s strategic approach includes peacebuilding, improving quality standards in agronomic practices for higher yields, scaling up investment and market opportunities for women and youth through vocational skills training and increasing community access to portable water and sanitation facilities.
